Client identity, commissioned material, and finished work remain outside Atlas marketing unless the client gives express written permission. Deliverables can be prepared without Atlas branding or public attribution, subject to the engagement terms and any duties that govern their use.
For sensitive, personal, proprietary, or competitive material, encrypted intake and delivery can be arranged before anything is transferred. Access, retention, and the disposition of working material are defined with the commission.
